Horrible experience
This lady seemed to care at the beginning of my custody case, saying all the right stuff. As time went by getting her on phone to discuss issues or gerting paperwork (I did all leg work getting papers) and she still came to court unprepared and seemed to be more interested in the ground than cross ...

Replied last March 16, 2017I am sorry to learn you had such a bad experience. I strive to be the fighter and the protector that my clients need. Custody cases are long, hard fought battles. Cross-examination is never a walk in the park. Keep in mind, what you think may or may not be relevant is not necessarily the same way the court thinks. Sometimes you may think an objection is necessary, when in reality there may be no basis for the objection. I urge my clients to keep their eye on the big picture. Just like your case -- YOU WON CUSTODY. That is something to rejoice in and never take for granted. I am sorry you did not like the Court's decision with respect to the visitation schedule. I remain dedicated to pursuing my client's goals and objectives and turning a tough time in life into a successful outcome.
