Represent victims of sexual harassment as well as defending companies against sexual harassment claims.

Represent victims and companies in employment/labor claims including, but not limited to, discrimination based on age, race, gender, disability, sexual preference, religion, alienage, pregnancy. I also represent individuals and companies in unemployment claims and appeals. In addition, I negotiate severance packages on behalf of employees who are separated from their employment.
