Car accident

My husband was in a car accident last year that resulted in a broken ankle that needed emergency surgery. My husband has a very physical job and was unable to work for 3 months. I looked at several attorneys in the area but decided to have a consultation with Brian. He was so kind and came to our hou...se since my husband was unable to move. He explained everything so well and did not pressure us to hire him. After a few days of prayer and discussion we decided to proceed with Brian. Brian and his office staff were so responsive and supportive through the whole process of dealing with the insurance companies. He was able to get the insurance company to issue our settlement check in such a reasonable time we could not be more thrilled with his efforts. I know it’s stressful looking for an attorney and you want to make sure you make the right choice. Brian and his office was the right choice for us and hopefully for you as well.

A Lawyer's Lawyer

I had a concussion from an accident that was not my fault. Medicare refused to pay unless we completed paperwork which I couldn't fathom. An attorney friend stepped in to help, but after 31/2 years we couldn't get the insurance company to give us the time of day. Our friend sent us to Brian. We... found out the driver was claiming the accident was my fault. They were driving a jeep; I was in the crosswalk crossing legally. There was a witness, but they had retired and moved to Florida. Somehow, Brian found them. He talked to my neurologist. He filed the suit. He was with me through the deposition process. When I was too tired to go on, he continued the battle. He worked for 9 months on my case and got a good settlement out of court. He doesn't quit. What I like best about him is that he's low-key and so likeable--even opposing counsel liked him. He doesn't bully or threaten because he doesn't need to. He uses the law to get the justice needed.

Wrongful Death

I contacted Brian after losing my father to a fatal motor cycle accident that happened on Memorial day. Brian agreed to take on our wrongful death case, and from the minute he did he never stopped working for us. He showed such empathy and compassion for myself and the rest of my family. Always keepi...ng us in the loop and answering many questions. Not to mention the numerous zoom calls to inform us of every step and any new details about the case. For over a year Brian kept in touch weekly if not more. Doing his due diligence ultimately led to us winning our case. I am forever grateful for Brian. I would highly suggest him to anyone to hire.

Goes above and beyond for what’s right....

Brian is top notch! There is no better lawyer in Stark county to handle your personal injury case. He went above and beyond what was actually necessary. These extra steps helped ensure win my case. He was compassionate, personable and with me every step of the way. I was fully informed about what eac...h step would be and the responses he got. All this during a pandemic! He even allowed me to follow him from his office straight to the court house to confirm I would not get lost in an unfamiliar location. You will not be disappointed with his strong professionalism, compassion & personality. As well as the lovely office staff who probably got tired of my returning calls! Trustworthy to the end.
