Outstanding Attorney

Explains everything, answers all your questions, and guides you through the entire process for the best outcome, even after the court proceedings are finished. I am amazed and satisfied on how easy it is to reach him and how he always returns your phone calls/texts in a prompt manner. He was able to ...have a F-4 DUI reduced down to M-1 DUI!! BEST Att. Nice guy, we watched the body cam of my incident and he told me that we should go to trial because it clearly showed the complaintant telling the deputy that "he wasnt afraid of me" as he wrote out a complaint of menacing against me. Which was a lie and had no witnesses. The day I thought I wa...s going to set a trial date, Boskie came to get me agitated telling me that the DA was in a good mood because he was "willing" to do something about the disorderly, which Boskie ( and the cam shows I clearly wasnt) had forgotten. When I said no as an interruption to his mistake, he got pissy and told me I would be risking 30 days in jail if I went to trial. I looked at him and he said take the "deal"........so I did because I was scared to death that this hick town called Carrollton would somehow convict me. Im 60 yrs old, have PTSD very bad, fibromyalgia and a clean record. The Body Cam doesnt lie, but Boskie screwed up my case and I would recommend getting anyone but him to represent you. My arrest was a 4th degree misdemeanor that I didnt commit with an added disorderly conduct charge written and executed by a very unskilled Deputy whose last name is Herda. He works for Dale Williams at the Carroll County Sheriffs office, and I recommend not saying a word to this unskilled lose should you ever encounter him. His "interviewing" skills cost me a night in jail, and will soon be taught at an Academy as how NOT to proceed when someone tells you he is lying. These are not just words, they are truth's. The Body Cam doesnt lie. So much, that Boskie was "ready" to take my case to trial. Until he forgot the disorderly charge I didnt do and suddenly forgot my case was a slam dunk.. Not someone you want with your life in his hands.
