Excellent attorney. Went above and beyond to help myself and a few others I’ve referred to him over the last couple years. It can be tough getting ahold of him on the phone sometimes but he would always got back to me in a timely manner and let me know what was going on with my case. Will continue to... recommend!

If your searching for an attorney. Hit back a few times and start your search over. Jim Haupt is the worst attorney I have ever dealt with. Promises you things that should be easy to get yet fails to. Shows up late and unprepared to court. Makes you look bad due to the fact he's so unprofessional. I ...thought because of his ability would justify the price he charged, and back up the promises he made. He'll ruin your case to the point when you look for another attorney they won't touch it for any amount of money because they don't want the loss to tarnish his reputation. Take my word for it find someone else. Or regret not doing it when it's to late like I did!

You had to call him to ask about a court date the day before...he would not contact you at all or keep you informed. He had no clue and had to contact us back to verify thinking it was on another day. Not to mention the fact he lied and would not even look into your case or know anything about it u...ntil the day you are suppose to be in court, right before you would walk in, and that's if he wasn't late. He would tell you a positive outcome of what things might be and all be the opposite.
