Brandon is a native of Summit County, Ohio and graduated summa cum laude from the University of Akron School of Law where he received CALI Excellence for the Future Awards for obtaining the high grades in Civil Procedure, Constitutional Law, Basic and Incorporated Business Associations, Torts, and Contracts courses. While at Akron Law, Brandon refined his oral and written advocacy skills as a member of the Evidence Team for the Akron Law Chapter of the Moot Court Honor Society. He also served as an Associate Editor for the Akron Law Review.
Brandon was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 2017, where I scored in the 100th percentile on the Ohio Bar Examination. He is licensed to practice in all Ohio state courts, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, and the U.S. Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Brandon was one of the trial attorneys representing Plaintiffs' Gibson Bros., Inc., David R. Gibson, and Allyn W. Gibson in an internationally reported libel case against Oberlin College & Conservatory that resulted in a jury verdict in favor of Plaintiffs in excess of $40 million.
