Keep Looking

This attorney missed a court appearance and failed to demonstrate a commitment to me, his client. Look further for an attorney you can trust to show and do what he/she is supposed to do. It's not Tony Kaplanis that you want representing you.

waste of money

The person that went before the judge after me had the same charges against him and got a fine that was $200 less then mine and he didn't have to do alcohol counseling. That guy didn't even have a lawyer. I feel kaplanis was a waste of time and money, I wouldn't recommend him to anyone. If you have a...n ovi charge you're better off on your own than having this guy represent you.
