Straight to the point

He pulled no punches explained what could happen what the law was and what he could do he was to the point and got the job done without hesitation and in a timely manner

Divorce and Child Custody

I didnt feel comfortable with the first attorney I retained so I went looking for a new one. I called Mr Schmitt and we discussed my situation over the phone. I felt that he was honest and straight forward and he made me feel like I had a chance at getting custody of my children so I retained him. W...hen he got ahold of my case it was mess and things didnt look good for me. I was in pretty bad shape all the way around but Chris was always confident and comforting and that is something that is priceless when going through something like this. It took time but Chris put things back together and straightened the mess out. When it was all said and done we settled out of court with me the Father being custodial parent of my three children. I would say that Mr Schmitt knows his way around Wayne county very well and is an excellent choice for any man that has to go through this. Overall he did a great job! My kids are home where they belong. Thank you Mr. Schmitt and Connie too for putting up with me, you wont be soon forgotten.

Detailed and dedicated service

Chris provided the needed guidance, and took care of the surrounding issues with this case. He is very detail oriented, and works hard to see things through. His advice is exactly what I needed in this case, and he helped me to be successful.

Competent and easy to talk to.

Mr. Schmitt helped me a great deal in a very messy and complicated post divorce matter. If I had it to do over again, I would have hired him as my divorce attorney. I would definitely recommend him.
