Upfront, Direct, Effective

I don't often take the time to write reviews, but felt compelled to make an exception for Mr. Root. When one files for divorce there are many questions to be answered, and so very many things to consider. Even before my initial consult I had compiled a list of all I could think of to ask, it was leng...thy to say the least. Mr. Root gave me is full and undivided attention while I worked my way from top to bottom on my yellow legal pad sitting in his office. He was very clear, direct, and thorough when answering my questions, and addressing my concerns. Then he proceeded to address things I had not even considered. I didn't realize just how much I didn't know about the separating of a long marrige. There was never a moment when I felt rushed, and I left the consult feeling informed, prepared, and more at ease about the entire process. I retained Mr. Root based on this experience. This was a wise decision my part. Mr.Root listenef to me, directed me, and looked out for my interests throughout the entirety of the divorce process. He made himself available for my questions, responded to calls and messages in a very timely manner, and never left me feeling as if I was alone at any point from start to finish. I highly recommend Mr. Root to my friends and family. Possibly the best customer service I have ever had across any industry. Thank you Bobby for all you did to ensure I had the most favorable outcome possible.

Amazing Lawyer

He is currently handling my divorce and custody battle. My ex is causing other problems while this is going on and he has always been there to answer any of my questions and keeps informed on everything going on. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for someone who is very informed o...n what he is doing and to fight for what you need or want!

An Official Apology and amendment to previous reviews

I would like to officially apologize to Attorney Robert Root III. I am hot headed sometimes and jump the gun before I give the person a chance. Which I did in this case. I think Mr. Root should be heard in person and be able to review the case before a snap judgement is made. Mr. Root heard me ou...t and is taking my case seriously even though it is a frivolous charge. I want to amend my previous review with an official apology. And I would recommend him to anyone for whatever your needs he is worth the effort to check him out and hear him out and to follow his advice. He is a stand up guy and even though I was initially upset with things he did listen and is still fighting for me you cannot find a better attorney than that. My official apologies Attorney Robert L Root III and win or lose Thank you for taking my concerns and wishes into consideration and being a stand up person and for dealing with my temper.
