Confident and caring.

I hired Attorney Root for a legal problem in a small town. I was worried that I was not going to be treated fairly because I was not a local of that town. Attorney Root assured me that he was familiar with the problem and knew how to handle it. He and his staff were understanding and answered my q...uestions during the process and were always professional. I have no personal experience in the judicial system. He appeared in court with me and explained the process. He made sure that my rights were protected. He took care of my worries and I feel that I was treated fairly.

I hired Attorney Root to help me out of legal trouble that had been followin me around. The man was very upfront and honest about what the outcome might be and he did a heck of a job gettin my life back on track. Took care of all my concerns. Great man!

GREAT experience and GREAT results!!!

We hired attny Root for a child custody case and he did not disappoint. Aside from winning the case during the entire process of the many court dates attny Root kept us informed of the process and answered all of our many questions. He was down to earth but professional. Should I need any legal advis...e or counsel in the future I will definitely go back or recommend him to any family or friends!

Great Experience!

Mr.Root is a great guy , he did all the leg work and really got me out of a pinch! He knows what he’s doing and it shows in the court room!

An Official Apology and amendment to previous reviews

I would like to officially apologize to Attorney Robert Root III. I am hot headed sometimes and jump the gun before I give the person a chance. Which I did in this case. I think Mr. Root should be heard in person and be able to review the case before a snap judgement is made. Mr. Root heard me ou...t and is taking my case seriously even though it is a frivolous charge. I want to amend my previous review with an official apology. And I would recommend him to anyone for whatever your needs he is worth the effort to check him out and hear him out and to follow his advice. He is a stand up guy and even though I was initially upset with things he did listen and is still fighting for me you cannot find a better attorney than that. My official apologies Attorney Robert L Root III and win or lose Thank you for taking my concerns and wishes into consideration and being a stand up person and for dealing with my temper. My apologies for that as well.
