During the time frame of late 2015 to middle 2016 I racked up three suspicion of DUI’s and a ton of probation violations from not appearing and failing drug screens for alcohol. At the time I was unable to quit drinking. My cases were through three different magistrates in various counties. In one ca...se a verdict had not even been given as Id left after the preliminary trial. My license was suspended and getting from one probation appointment to another was nearly impossible. I left the state for seven years. In those seven years I did attend rehab and IOP and up to this point have remained sober. I contacted Rob in early January and was given a very reasonable fee to be represented in all of my cases. I was mentally prepared to have the book thrown at me. Rob set my court dates one by one by probability of having to do time and had my warrants temporarily held. I flew in for a week and in my first case was given an extension on the time to complete the drivers safety class I was assigned to in 2016 within three months, in the second case, it was plead down to physical control with zero jail time and zero probation. On my third case I was asked to turn myself in and spent three days in jail, but when I went back in front of the judge three days later, I was released and my probation was removed. I then completed the drivers safety class and appeared before the judge from the first case. My probation was removed and I was asked to serve zero jail time. The final outcome of three suspicion of DUI’s and countless probation violations between various courts was three days in jail. That was better than any outcome I could have dreamed of. In hindsight, Rob did an amazing job of pointing out the positive things I had done during the time I was AWOL and accurately showed my commitment to rectifying my wrongs. I would strongly recommend Rob to anyone in a similar or varying situation. If he could easily maneuver through the obstacle course I left him with, I have zero doubts that there is anything he cannot handle.
