Antonio Suarez

Antonio founded the company and is our General Manager. After working in this industry for over three decades, his expert knowledge is second to none. Antonio is a member of the Kentucky Bar Association and is admitted to practice as an attorney before all courts of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, the United States Ohio Northern District Court and the Supreme Court of the United States. He recently retired from the federal service as a proud veteran and public servant. Antonio also enjoys a Master’s in Business Administration, with concentrations in Management and Accounting/Acquisitions.

As Chief of Employee and Labor Relations for a 1-A VA Medical Center, he acquired a vast experience in mediation, arbitration, labor and employment laws. He advised national and regional offices and senior management on disciplinary and adverse actions. While in the VA, he participated in many EEOC and VA Office of Resolution Management (ORM) cases.
He traveled to other facilities to train personnel and chaired a myriad of high profile (media) and notorious (monetary impact) Administrative Investigation Boards.

Regarding his private sector experience, Antonio has been an Accounting Clerk and later Accounting Supervisor. He was also a Human Resources Director for a prestigious university directly reporting to the President and the Board of Directors. His regular activities were planning, directing and executing a comprehensive Human Resource program; providing comprehensive human resources management advisory services to senior management staff (deans); or planning, coordinating, and integrating projects and programs requiring expert knowledge and application of human resources laws, regulations, and programs, benefits, training and development; performance management; and/or records management and Human Resources administration/evaluation programs.

Antonio's military experience covers two decades, as a USAF Officer in Manpower and Personnel, he was in charge of Personnel Affairs, Social Actions, Quality Manager, Recruiting, Data Management, Education and Training. He formulated Manpower and Personnel plans and programs and developed policy to guide their interpretation and execution. As a PERSCO officer he formulated and directed activities, translated program policies into directives, publications, and training manuals.

As a Services Commander, he led Services activities with an emphasis on field training and mobility readiness, focused on food service, lodging, fitness, mortuary, troop support, tactical field exchanges, and recreation areas for both peace and wartime operations. Deployed as leader in Prime RIBS teams for real world contingencies and exercises, and developed skills in appropriated fund (APF) and non-appropriated fund (NAF) financial management, military and civilian personnel policies, corporate standards, and facility operation.
As a Supply Management Craftsman (E-5), he supervised the Standard Base Supply System (SBSS) operations for the Chief of Supply with inventory responsibility. He had oversight of property management function of base supply, including receipt, inspection, issue, storage, inventory control, pickup, and delivery of supplies and equipment, by using manual and automated supply systems to provide materiel and funds management.
