SEASONED BUSINESS ATTORNEY
My practice is focused on transactional work, principally in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, general corporate law, finance, commercial contracting and real estate purchase and lease agreements.
Many of my clients have come to rely on me as their outside general counsel and trusted advisor. I do this for companies of varying sizes and across a wide range of industries.

I advise clients through their day-to-day legal issues and counsel them in achieving their long-term career and financial goals through buying and selling companies and developing plans for the succession of their businesses.
I help my clients execute their business plans, maximize opportunities in their respective markets and negotiate joint ventures with strategically-aligned companies.
I have extensive experience in drafting and negotiating supply agreements, distributor agreements and other commercial contracts governed by the Uniform Commercial Code. I also provide counsel to clients regarding financial transactions and structures, including acquisition financings, and other credit facilities and related agreements.
COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE
I have professional and personal experience in real estate and enjoy working with clients in real estate sales and acquisitions, both residential and commercial. I also assist clients with commercial and residential leasing, property management arrangements, easements and other title-related issues.
