Darrin has been there anytime I've needed advice for a multitude of reasons dealing with my business. He has always given sound advice and I value his opinion very much. He has been great for advice on contracts and recommending an attorney to deal with a area of law he was not so sure about, Dealing... with an accident I was involved in. In my opinion He's a great attorney for the small business person navigating though everything.

I was in a horrible near physical altercation with a police officer last year. I was pulled over while driving on the freeway and the officer jumped out of the side of the road, no police vehicle in sight, no flashers on, and accused me of trying to hit him. I have zero points on my license and I own... my own business. The officer was overly verbally aggressive and I cited me for 3 citations worth 8 points. I was in shock. I found and hired Darrin because of his record of helping innocent clients in unfortunate similar situations against police citations. We went to court, Darrin was able to negotiate with the judge and get the case dropped, I walked out with zero points and zero fines. Darrin was diligent in his research of my case and found many less than honorable characteristics of the accusing police officer that he would have brought to light in a trial. I am thankful not only in having zero fines and zero points, but that they're are people like Darrin willing to take on police that knowing step out of bounds because some police officers do not feel the laws they are sworn to uphold do not apply to them.
