Darrin Timothy Dimoff

We hired Darrin when my Dad was being sued for medical expenses in an insurance claim. My Dad had already paid for all damages to her car (car vs. golf cart) plus the rental while the minor repairs were made. A year later they claimed medical expenses when, on the scene, she said she was fine. ...Darrin did an extensive amount of digging into cases, researching other claims and persistently pursuing the suit until it was finally dropped. He was able to get "Dismiss without prejudice" and we paid nothing further on the claim. My Dad (and the whole family) were extremely happy with the result and we plan to retain Darrin if anything arises again where we need legal assistance.
