Darrin Timothy Dimoff

We hired Darrin when my Dad was being sued for medical expenses in an insurance claim. My Dad had already paid for all damages to her car (car vs. golf cart) plus the rental while the minor repairs were made. A year later they claimed medical expenses when, on the scene, she said she was fine. ...Darrin did an extensive amount of digging into cases, researching other claims and persistently pursuing the suit until it was finally dropped. He was able to get "Dismiss without prejudice" and we paid nothing further on the claim. I was in a horrible near physical altercation with a police officer last year. I was pulled over while driving on the freeway and the officer jumped out of the side of the road, no police vehicle in sight, no flashers on, and accused me of trying to hit him. I have zero points on my license and I own... my own business. The officer was overly verbally aggressive and I cited me for 3 citations worth 8 points. I was in shock.
