Duriya Dhinojwala

Duriya was referred to my husband and I by a family friend. Going into this process as many may know is so stressful as there is so much of the unknown and feelings of nervousness and anxiety. We consulted Duriya and she instantly portrayed that she was fully knowledgeable about the immigration proce...ss, the requirements, the do’s and the don’ts. Additionally she was very welcoming and understanding of our unsettling manner at the time. These traits were exactly what we were looking for in our attorney; confidence, experience, awareness and positivity. We immediately knew that we wanted to work with her and so we did. The process seemed overbearing many times as there were so many requirements which were necessary to build a very strong case, but thanks to Duriya and her assistant who were very patient and helped us every step of the way by breaking everything down so we could understand. She had initially provided us with her personal list of required evidence which was a plus for our case. Once we gathered all the evidence and sent them to her, she did all the work from there. During the whole process, she would inform us of every action being taken on our case, even though I was able to track it on my end. She would make sure no information or instruction was gone unnoticed. She also shared additional insights regarding immigration that were informative and helpful, as we waited on our case decisions. I must give her extra credit for all the anxious and nervous phone calls she accepted from me at random times of the day, even outside of business hours, as she wasn’t obligated to and not every attorney would. Even then, she displayed acts of kindness by providing reassurance. We started our process in the fall of 2023, and hats off to her, only a year later I received my green card, which I travelled on right away to see my family and smoothly returned to the U.S. My friend recently got married and already I referred Duriya to him and I’d do the same to anyone seeking an immigration lawyer. It was a very smooth process for me and as such I’m extremely grateful for her.

DD was extremely helpful to my wife and I when working through my green card/citizenship process. Duriya did a phenomenal job applying for and securing an H1B on my behalf. Coaches very rarely fall under the “speciality occupation” umbrella, which makes getting an H1B extremely difficult.
