Duriya was referred to my husband and I by a family friend. Going into this process as many may know is so stressful as there is so much of the unknown and feelings of nervousness and anxiety. We consulted Duriya and she instantly portrayed that she was fully knowledgeable about the immigration proce...ss, the requirements, the do’s and the don’ts. Additionally she was very welcoming and understanding of our unsettling manner at the time. During the whole process, she would inform us of every action being taken on our case, even though I was able to track it on my end. I must give her extra credit for all the anxious and nervous phone calls she accepted from me at random times of the day, even outside of business hours, as she wasn’t obligated to and not every attorney would. Even then, she displayed acts of kindness by providing reassurance. We started our process in the fall of 2023, and hats off to her, only a year later I received my green card, which I travelled on right away to see my family and smoothly returned to the U.S. My friend recently got married and already I referred Duriya to him and I’d do the same to anyone seeking an immigration lawyer. It was a very smooth process for me and as such I’m extremely grateful for her.
