I hired Ben to represent a friend of mine who was in prison and wanted to file for a Judicial Release. Ben said all the right things at first and was cheaper than other attorneys I had contacted, plus he said if the JR was denied, that he would file the 2nd for free. Ben was very slow to contact ...my friend in prison but eventually he had his legal support staff contact him. Of course we had to wait this whole time for the contact before anything else could move forward. The once that was done more time passed and I kept checking with the clerks office to see if there was a filing and there never was. Finally after a few months I contacted Ben again and his excuse was his staff failed to get something put on his calendar for him to act on. Eventually after 3-4 months Ben filed a poorly written Judicial Release for my friend that was immediately denied with no reason given. I tried to contact Ben who was always slow to respond, usually took 2-3 weeks to get a response to my email. He said he would talk to the judge and let me know. I never heard back from Ben since then. I sent him an email saying please let me know something, and he completely ignored it. I still have had nothing from Ben. My friend in prison was never once contacted by Ben. He called a few times trying to reach him but was never responded to. Ben failed us when we trusted and paid good money to him to help us. Ben wrote 1 1/2 page Judicial Release for my friend which is all he did for the $1,000 I gave him. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a serious attorney to keep looking as Ben is not worth the headache. He failed us and abandoned us. You will do better going with someone else.

This guy was a complete joke of an attorney. How he got his license is beyond me. Hardly ever made any communication on updates of the case. I had to call him constantly just to be left with more questions unanswered. I had a case that was easily winnable and he was careless and completely dropped th...e ball. He was late multiple times and his representation was amateur at best. Save your money!
