get a different attorney
somehow he is too busy to attend to deadlines and followup. I spent many days going to downtown Akron to resolve issues that should have been dealt with by my attorney, with a lot of days off to do so...he either doesn't know what to do or is not interested

review of Joseph Oldham, atty
atty Oldham handled my mother's estate..or sort of. We missed deadlines and I had to take off work to go to the courthouse. He never picked up the phone, it had to be by mail. It cost me significant income to take care of things myself, and then he writes at the end that our numbers don't match
