Mr. Weisenburger is hands down very experienced, and knowledgeable. Without a doubt I was confident in his abilities. I was so thankful that he represented me. He has a very calm demeanor, and took the time to review every detail of my case. He was able to answer any questions that I had and was very thorough when reviewing all the evidence, and case facts. I was treated with respect and I felt he truly cared about my situation. I was very pleased with the outcome of my case and I will always be greatful for his work and assistance.
Also, just a side note, his staff was exceptionally quick with getting back to me when I had questions or concerns. Thank you again!

Mr. Weisenburger helped me in a driving under suspension case a few weeks back and I am more than satisfied with the outcome.
I knew the minute I stepped into the lobby of his office that I was dealing with a very professional firm. The entire staff was courteous and, above all, knew how to handle my anxiety with kindness and understanding.
Mr. Weisenburger is extremely knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable with the process. I was confident I was getting the best advice and that helped me make the best decision. He patiently answered all my questions and explained the situation in details in a way I could relate to. He put a strong defense for me in the courtroom.
I highly recommend Mr. Weisenburger to anyone in need of a great attorney.

I will start this off by saying I find Mr. Weisenburger to be a very pleasant and likable guy. With that being said would I consider hiring him again? The answer is "No"! I have had a very successful career in the corporate world over the last 20 years. A couple of years ago I had a major financial hardship that started with a severe automobile accident.
One night when I was ill and had no money on me I made a very stupid decision. I shoplifted approx. $10.00 in food. While it was no doubt a dumb decision few would consider it the crime of the century. Somehow which amazes me to this day I was charged with FELONY ROBBERY!! At NO time did I ever touch or threaten anyone in any way! I simply handed over the merchandise. I was looking at spending years in jail for a petty offense!! First knowing there was cameras everywhere in the store I pleaded with them to review the tapes. I was soon told that the video tapes were "lost". The one key piece of evidence that would clear me would not be turned over. There were also No visible injuries to the employee who made the false accusations! Just their word! I ended up paying $800.00 for a polygraph exam from the same Examiner used by the state which verified I was being 100% Truthful!!
I reviewed the case with Weisenburger. He assured me the case would end up being dropped or reduced once all the facts came to light. Months and months went by and I still had this felony charge over my head! Over a year went by with the only response being that Weisenburger was shocked the charges were sticking and prosecutors were not willing to reduce the charges!!
To make a long story short I ended up switching attorneys and quickly got the charges reduced. While I am not at all happy with pleading guilty to a misdemeanor assault charge it did save me from facing years in jail!!
My main complaint with Weisenburger besides not being able to get anywhere with the case and feeling like I didn't matter was the very poor response to my calls. I started documenting all of my phone calls which I made on average of 2 x a week every week for several months. I would NEVER get my calls returned. I physically drove to the office on several occasion! One day while in the office attempting to get answers I ran into another client who was very upset saying she had the same problem!! BOTTOM LINE, I WAISTED THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS!!!!

Danny Weisenburger was a well-respected attorney in Portage County when I got my first lawyer job at the Portage County Public Defender's Office. I met met in the courts of Portage County frequently. Since I knew almost nothing, I frequently asked other attorneys for advice. Mr. Weisenburger was always willing to take time out of his day to assist with my cases, though he had no duty to do so. I once asked him why he was so helpful to me and he responded that I was representing the accused, they weren't his clients, but they deserved to have the best representation possible and anything he could do to make sure they received it, he was willing and able to provide it. I still see Mr. Weisenburger at OACDL seminars and participating in OACDL discussion groups. I can tell from those contacts that his passion for protecting the rights of the criminally accused has only swollen since I moved away. I whole-heartedly endorse Danny Weisenbuger for all criminal and traffic matters.
