I had heard great things about this firm and got assigned to Kristen. She made my case (divorce with children) seem like it was fairly simple, and she could handle it. With each passing meeting/hearing/appearance, she seemed more and more disinterested in trying to win my case and more interested in ...simply accepting whatever the other party proposed. In the end, I walked away with less time than I had when I started, and she just did not care. She told me I could fight it but would lose. I’ve since hired another EXPERIENCED attorney who said I got screwed. Her inexperience and lack of passion or sense of urgency led me down a losing path in a case that I could have AT THE VERY LEAST, walked away with things staying at status quo. She viewed me as just another husband who didn’t care about the kids, when I kept proving WITH EVIDENCE (texts, wife’s prior custody case history for her other children, photographic evidence of neglect) that I was doing everything for the good of my children who are now living with their mother after being evicted twice, living with no water in their home due to non-payment, and being actively neglected while I only get to see them 3 days every other week. I know I sound angry and jilted, but I had a winnable case and Kristen just did not care. Maybe she just didn’t believe in me.

I wanted a strong attorney who specializes in my kind of case and found Kristen. I was desperate and she gave me the confidence that there was hope right from our first meeting, that I was in good hands, like she had taken all my worries on her. She put up a good fight for me and my kids and now that... the storm is over I can see how lucky I was to find Kristen.
