I AM VERY LUCKY TO HAVE SUCH A DEDICATED LAWYER AND GREAT STAFF..ESPECIALLY HIS ASSISTANT CHER THEY HAVE BEEN SOO GREAT AND DILIGENT AND TRUST WORTHY THESE OTHER CLIENTS WHO SAY OTHER WISE ARE NOT BEING PATIENT AND DON'T UNDERSTAND THAT THE LEGAL SYSTEM TAKES IT'S TIME BECAUSE OF SOO MANY OTHER CASES... AND IF U WANT THE BEST RESULTS YOU MUST UNDERSTAND THIS..IF ATTORNEY WEXLER N CHER WEREN'T REPRESENTING ME I WOULDN'T HAVE GOTTEN THE BEST RESULTS AND LEARNED MORE ABOUT THE LEGAL SYSTEM AND THE WHEELS OF JUSTICE DOES MOVE SLOWLY.. I retained Mr. Wexler for a civil matter concerning an assault charge. The basic facts I was accused of theft made to empty my pockets and punched 2 times!! I had stolen NOTHING!! The store had video according to Wexler which was time lapse. It showed the employee raise their fist and me falling... back but not the actual contact. This was according to Wexler himself who viewed it! I also passed a state polygraph exam confirming my facts of the case!! Sounds like a case to me especially since I have Doctor visits which confirm the trauma received! Wexler stopped returning my phone calls to his office. I left a message stating I wanted to know if he wasn't pursuing the matter I would find another attorney. Still NO RESPONSE!!
