We purchased a property at sheriffs auction and they failed to give us a clear title. Robert did an amazing job taking care of each of the liens, following up with the court, the other attorneys involved and most of all kept us informed at all times. It was a very stressful time for us with a lot of money on the line. We really appreciate all you and your friendly staff did to help us get through. Thanks!

Last year, 2016, I found myself in a real estate legal battle over a property of mine in Medina county. Two years prior my father had inquired about buying a house of mine and we signed a purchase agreement with 90 days to close. Not expecting any hiccups I let him move in; big mistake. Fast forward two years and he had made no attempts to get a mortgage. When I asked him to get a mortgage so we could close on the house or move out, he hit me with a lawsuit. Fortunately for me, someone had recommended I give Rob a call. Rob was extremely professional and thorough in the filing the counter suit. As soon as he heard anything from my fathers attorney, he promptly contacted me with the new information and sound advice. Thanks to Rob and his top notch efforts, my father was put in a position where he had to pay me for the house.
You absolutely get what you pay for and you will regret not going with Rob if you have real estate legal matters to tend to in Medina County.
Regarding the only negative review on here, it sounds like their experience was vastly different than mine. In no way does that sound like any of the work Rob has done for me. Everything he handled was incredibly professional and had absolutely no grammatical errors. Do yourself a favor and choose Rob next time you need an attorney.

We requested a simple, customized mortgage agreement and were disappointed to receive a draft that looked like it had been copied and pasted from poorly written boilerplate legalese. Many clauses were completely irrelevant or incorrect, including basic things like dates and grammar. With all the time we spent on the document to correct it and make it say what we needed it to say, we should have just done it ourselves.
