Last year, 2016, I found myself in a real estate legal battle over a property of mine in Medina county. Two years prior my father had inquired about buying a house of mine and we signed a purchase agreement with 90 days to close. Not expecting any hiccups I let him move in; big mistake. Fast forward ...two years and he had made no attempts to get a mortgage. When I asked him to get a mortgage so we could close on the house or move out, he hit me with a lawsuit. As soon as he heard anything from my fathers attorney, he promptly contacted me with the new information and sound advice. Thanks to Rob and his top notch efforts, my father was put in a position where he had to pay me for the house. You absolutely get what you pay for and you will regret not going with Rob if you have real estate legal matters to tend to in Medina County. Regarding the only negative review on here, it sounds like their experience was vastly different than mine. In no way does that sound like any of the work Rob has done for me. Everything he handled was incredibly professional and had absolutely no grammatical errors. Do yourself a favor and choose Rob next time you need an attorney.
