I have dedicated my career to helping both the injured and the accused. My thirty years of experience encompasses work as a plaintiff's attorney for Cleveland personal injury firms (Stuart I. Garson, Jones Day Reavis & Pogue, and Smith & Condeni) and a Medina injury firm (John Cameron & Associates). I learned how to try criminal cases as a prosecutor at the busiest county prosecutor's office in the state, the Cuyahoga County Prosecutor's Office. I served as a prosecutor in Cuyahoga and Medina Counties. The Law Office of David C. Sheldon, established in 2005, has been helping clients obtain fair and reasonable compensation for their injuries and defending the rights of the accused in traffic, misdemeanor and felony matters. I have won cases for personal injury and criminal clients in municipal and common pleas courts, courts of appeals and the Ohio Supreme Court.
As an experienced trial attorney, you will have a dedicated, zealous, tenacious advocate on your side who will always place your best interest first.
I am available to help you with your legal needs, day and night.

When my husband was attacked by a dog, we contacted him. He immediately replied to our internet inquiry and helped my husba...

Not guilty of OVI in Medina City Court
In a county known for NEVER reducing OVI charges (nor most charges, frankly) Mr. Sheldon was able to obtain a unanimous "not guilty" verdict from the jury in my case by utilizing his extensive knowledge of field sobriety tests and the driving laws of the state of Ohio. David became familiar with ever...

The attorney you want representing you!
Mr. Sheldon represented me in a recent traffic case. From the moment I contacted him, on a Saturday afternoon by the way, he was nothing but professional and tenacious in understanding the exact details and circumstances of the case. From that first conversation I knew I found the right attorney, a...
