Top Tier Attorney

Mr Scott was the absolute answer to my dire circumstances. I am an Active Duty Army service member stationed at Fort Bragg NC. My Daughter resides with the mother in Lorain Ohio and had to deal with a ling distance partnership with an attorney. Out of 5 lawyers he was the only attorney willing to mee...t on short suspense as well as work with my in the financial constraints I had in regards to fees. I have a 10 hours drive from Fort Bragg North Carolina to Lorain Ohio and every time I made the trip or any time in the 9 month tenure with him representing me for custody rights he made every effort to keep me informed, provide honest assessments and tell me how the proceedings are progressing. Mr Scott is more than an attorney, he is a personable man whom will advise you with the full intent of your best interests at heart. He operates with a futuristic mentality and will fight for you with respect for the right solution not the easy fix. He made the time and consistently made effort to coordinate, research and accomidate my needs as a soldier stationed out of state. He was readily accessible, very knowledgeable and has a direct no non sense approach to litigating my custody battle. He further has the presence of mind, honesty and integrity to tell you if he doesn't know the answer that he will find the answer and tell you what is fact and what is myth. I could not have thanked this man enough for taking care of needs over the course of the last 9 months to fight for my fair rights as a father in a custody battle. As a father, a soldier and a client I could not recommend Mr Scott more than any other attorney in the area.
