Justin took the time to clearly explain the process. He made himself available via work phone, e-mail, & his cell phone to answer all of my questions. When I left a message he returned my calls in a timely manner. He also agreed to meet me closer to where I lived so I wouldn't have to drive to his ...downtown Cleveland office. I used Justin's services for a car accident that I was not at fault. Not only did I get a fair settlement on the replacement value of my vehicle but Justin worked hard at getting me the maximum amount that the other driver was insured for my injuries. He then suggested there was another way to possibly gain more money from my car insurance if I carried under insured on my policy. This was something I was unaware of on my policy. Another helpful thing Justin did was to get all of my medical bills greatly reduced. He took the time to call each individual medical provider. The medical bills were paid from my settlement thru his office. Which made it so easy for me. Justin made everything so simple for me and always asked if I was in agreement with what he was going to do next. I was awarded a way above average settlement because of all of Justin's efforts.
