We should have followed our instincts! Justin did not failed on his promises and lied to us on a number of occasions. Repeatedly he said he was working diligently on our case, only to find out months later he hadn't even collected insurance or hospital documentation that he had said he had done. The ...documentation that WE sent him, got lost, misplaced, not received.... When the settlement time came, we again felt VERY mislead.

Justin took the time to clearly explain the process. He made himself available via work phone, e-mail, & his cell phone to answer all of my questions.
