Help me save a few thousand dollars by giving me advice over phone
We sold our home and the purchase agreement didn't have the washer/dryer as an appliance that was staying. However, our MLS listing had it in the details other features section. Even so there were no pictures of the washer and dryer on MLS. The new owners wanted the washer and dryer back and were threatening to take us to court. I called Hunter Cavelle and told him the situation. He advised that they can take me to court and that the litigation would potentially be a few thousand dollars. This helped me in decided whether or not it was worth it to keep the washer/dryer.
Helped me with an interstate legal issue. 10/10 would recommend!
I'm in PA, and I called Cavell Law with an interstate legal issue in Ohio. I could not be more pleased with the level of service, compassion, and knowledge that Hunter Cavell brings to the table. He was incredibly helpful, VERY responsive for an attorney, and his rates are fair. I will be referring him to everyone I know who needs a personal injury or consumer rights advocacy lawyer in Ohio!
I primarily focus on personal injury, business litigation, and landlord/tenant issues.
I have experience with contract dispute resolution for companies large and small, and I have represented both landlords and tenants in housing matters. I also have experience with estate planning. I have litigated cases at the trial court and appellate court levels on the State of Ohio, as well as both the Northern and Southern District Courts of Ohio and the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals. I have successfully argued to deny certiori before the Supreme Court of Ohio. I am focused on dispute resolution and resolving client matters as quickly as possible in a cost-effective and time-saving manner, whether that be via settlement or through the court system. I have published articles on Florida's stand your ground laws and their national effect, and the adoptive business records exception to hearsay and its use in Ohio courts.

Handled a small claims case for us!
We had a small claims case that we needed representation against a company. Hunter handled it economically with a satisfactory result. He was patient and explained everything to us. I know small claims cases usually don't require a lawyer, but in this case, the company had a lawyer that was being difficult. I felt better that he handled it. The opposing counsel was asking for all kinds of things not mandated in small claims. The courts provided no direction to us. We would have spent a lot of time doing unnecessary work and possibly to our own detriment. Thanks again to Hunter.

The best lawyer, hands down!!!
Wow, where do I start, so another lawyer that couldn't assist me because he didn't focus on Foreclosure law and referred Hunter to me. He was amazing handle my case literally within a few days. He made what I thought would be a lengthy process to feel like a breeze. I am so happy he worked on my case with fixing a foreclosure real estate issue. Would definetly be keeping him as my lawyer for any real estate transactions.

Exceptional
Hunter has been great in not only meeting my expections, but exceeding them by providing exceptional service. Hunter has been empathetic, understanding, and knowledgeable. Communication was also great. He always kept me in the loop, so I never had to wonder what was going on. I highly recommend Hunter.

Excellent attorney, highly recommend
I hired Hunter for help with a very personally stressful case. He was reassuring and supportive throughout the entirety of the case and was always very quick to respond to emails and phone messages. He helped us to reach a swift and fair settlement on our case.
I highly recommend Hunter and would use his services again in a heartbeat!

"I have known Hunter since law school. I have always found him to be a thoughtful and extremely hard-working attorney. From the exceedingly positive reviews of his clients, he clearly does not need my endorsement. That being said, I am hard pressed to endorse a more qualified attorney than Hunter. Excellent attorney."

"I have been fortunate to know Mr. Cavell both in law school and as an attorney. He is one of the brightest and most hard-working individuals I have had the pleasure of working with.
Though the clients we represent are often at odds with each other, I frequently use Hunter as a sounding board for my own work. I have found his counsel and advice to be invaluable in my practice."
