I reached out to Mr. Weiss's office about a legal concern and scheduled a free phone consultation for the following day. Mr. Weiss called me on time and very thoroughly and honestly explained the details of my case and how the various aspects of the law applied. He answered all my questions thoughtfu...lly and displayed thorough knowledge of relevant statutes. Even though he couldn't take my case (due to my needing to file in a different jurisdiction), he did guide me on multiple options for how to proceed. He clearly cares about getting justice for his clients and I would recommend him highly to anyone who needs representation in Ohio.

This guy is the worst attorney in Cleveland. Assured me every step of the way that we were in good shape, meanwhile he is having phone conference with opposing council and judge that we are settling. Never tells me about email he sent to opposing council or phone conference with judge. Then there is ...another phone conference that he doesn’t tell me what it is for. It’s for enforcement of agreement I am unaware of. He still assures me that at our court date that we will prevail. Not only do we lose it costs me another $4,500 in opposing legal fees. This guy is poor at his job and a poor communicator.

....i was expecting to receive the opinion and/or results of research from Nick, the licensed attorney. He said "he," was going to look into it and let me know what he found out. Ive waited nearly a week for nothing; wasting my time to receive an answer as promised; showing unprofessionalism an...d lack of regard for such a time sensitive matter. *I emailed three times to follow up for an answer. I would "not," recommend the Weiss Law Firm to anyone seeking legal advice or representation.
