Mark Mariotti

I would give him a negative 5 stars if I could , he didn’t show up for court nor do he answer or text back. He is bad with his communication skills , I learned my lesson to NEVER work with him again. He gets your money and just go ghost. Even when he do go to court he didn’t call or let you know what...’s going on.

Mariotti has represented not only myself, but several people I know in all types of cases and proceedings. He came highly recommended by a good friend who had Mariotti in his corner the better part of his life. Looking back- he did a wonderful job and managed to get very fair rulings even in the most... difficult of situations, and even when many years passed, and I found myself in front of the judge for a traffic violation- Mariotti recognized me in the waiting area- and insisted upon representing me- to my benefit, once again! I recommend this man to anyone looking for someone who has the heart of a lion, and all the proffessionalism and lots of experience!! He certainly earned his 26 + years as a licensed attorney.

Mark Mariotti the worst attorney I could of imagine. Communication was ridiculous, had to call 3-4 days in a row in order him to respond back, On scheduled court date he didn't show up and my case went to Default . don,t recommend to anyone, he is unprofessional, poor communication and not coming to ...court is make me believe he doesn't know what he doing!
