NEVER GO TO HIM.
I would give him a negative 5 stars if I could , he didn’t show up for court nor do he answer or text back. He is bad with his communication skills , I learned my lesson to NEVER work with him again. Worst attorney! Never Recommend!
Mark Mariotti the worst attorney I could of imagine. Communication was ridiculous, had to call 3-4 days in a row in order him to respond back, On scheduled court date he didn't show up and my case went to Default . don,t recommend to anyone, he is unprofessional, poor communication and not coming to ...

Horrible
I hired Mark to handle a case for me and he had lack of communication skills with me, didn't show up for court, never returned phone calls and voicemail is constantly full all the time. I would never recommend him to anyone!
