Christopher Godinsky

I am the founder and managing attorney of Godinsky Law LLC in Strongsville, Ohio. I represent clients in criminal defense, OVI/DUI, speeding and traffic matters, record sealing and expungement, and serious personal injury claims throughout Northeast Ohio.

I have practiced law in Ohio since 2012, handled thousands of cases and developed extensive courtroom and trial experience. My criminal practice includes misdemeanor and felony matters such as domestic violence, assault, theft, drug charges, property offenses, weapons charges, protection-order violations and sex-offense allegations. I also defend OVI/DUI cases, speeding tickets, reckless-operation charges, driving-under-suspension cases and CDL traffic matters.

My personal injury practice includes car, truck and motorcycle crashes, pedestrian accidents, dog bites and other animal injuries, medical malpractice, premises liability and wrongful death. I have recovered millions of dollars for injured clients. Past results do not guarantee a future outcome. Accepted personal injury cases are handled on a contingency-fee basis under a written representation agreement.

Before entering private practice, I clerked with the Cuyahoga County Prosecutor’s Office and State Farm Claims Litigation Counsel. I earned my B.A. in Economics magna cum laude through The Ohio State University Honors Program and my J.D. cum laude from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law. At Moritz, I was selected for the National Trial Team, won the 2011 Colley Trial Competition and received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in the Civil Litigation Clinic.

I grew up in Strongsville and graduated from Strongsville High School. My office at 13702 Pearl Road is directly across from Strongsville Mayor’s Court.
