Biography
Mr. Godinsky is the managing attorney of Godinsky Law LLC. He is a double Buckeye, receiving his undergraduate and law degrees from The Ohio State University. During law school, Mr. Godinsky spent his summers clerking for the Cuyahoga County Prosecutor’s office and State Farm Claims Litigation Counsel in San Francisco, California.
Mr. Godinsky is a skilled trial attorney representing clients in criminal and litigation intensive areas. In law school, he was a selected as a member of the National Trial Team and winner of his school’s trial competition. Also, Mr. Godinsky was awarded the CALI Excellence for the Future Award for receiving the highest grade in the Moritz College of Law Civil Litigation Clinic.
Mr. Godinsky is an avid Ohio State and Cleveland sports fan. He also enjoys spending time with his friends and family and attempting to play golf. Additionally, Mr. Godinsky is involved in the local community, coaching mock trial at Strongsville High School, his Alma Mater.

Great Attorney!
Was very nervous to appear in Medina Court after hearing how strict they have been to some of my friends! Chris cared, took his time, and was able to knock my misdemeanor 1 down to a minor misdemeanor after challenging the police's actions. Stood up for me and would not settle!
