Biography
I am the partner attorney at Sarmiento Immigration Law Firm.
I represent clients in several areas of immigration including removal defense, family immigrantion, naturalization matters, and employment immigration with a focus on PERM Labor Certifications, NIW, Schedule A Immigration for Nurses and Nurse Practitioners, I-140, H-1Bs, L-1, O-1 and TN visas. I obtained my JD from Case Western Reserve University.
Prior to working for Sarmiento Immigration, I worked for two immigration law firms and gained experience in the business immigration field, family based immigration areas, and deportation defense. While I was in law school, I served as a judicial extern for Honorable Solomon Oliver, Jr. at the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio.
I always had a passion for immigration law and is wholeheartedly dedicated to serve people who are in need of help regarding their immigration matters. I have resided in Korea, Canada and the U.S. throughout his life. I am fluent in Korean both in speaking and writing.
