TL;DR; My case was not moving forward before I met him. Without hiring him, my case would have not been easy like this. Now I have my cases almost completed -- just need to attend oath ceremony. I worked with Sung Hee (Glen) Yu for my naturalization (N-400). My case was stuck at I-751 (removal of ...condition on my green card) for more than a year. It seems my case was kind of messed up with several mistakes USCIS and I made, so we decided to file N-400 while I-751 is pending. The whole naturalization process plus its pre-requisite (I-751 approval) took just 6-7 months and now I got my oath ceremony scheduled. During the process, Glen was so helpful and responsive. His prompt and sincere attention to my case has been really reassuring, especially when I felt my case was not moving forward. My case was little complicated that (1) I had J-2 visa for more than 8 years subordinated to my ex-husband who is a physician still living in the US, (2) we are from two different countries which the divorce process and paperwork were another hassle, and also (3) I was converting to E-2 visa in paral...lel.
