Michael Sharon was the ultimate in complete and organized professionalism. We became significantly less stressed over the entire scary and mysterious process of immigration and a green card because of his calm and supportive demeanor. What a relief to have his council and guidance through the entire journey.

I am so grateful to have had Mr. Sharon representing my green card condition removal case. My case was very difficult, but it was his incredible knowledge and confidence that calmed me down. He went the extra mile on my case to make sure I was well prepared before my immigration interview. He was highly respected by my representing immigration officers. On the day of the immigration interview, the whole process was going very smooth, shortly after the interview I received an approval decision from USCIS, thanks to his hard work. I have never seen an attorney put so much personal time, effort, and compassion into what he does. Mr. Sharon is a lawyer who truly cares about the people he represents!

I had the pleasure of meeting with Mr. Sharon a couple of months ago when I was searching out for an immigration attorney to take care of my application for a change of status into J visa for my residency. Since the issue was of high priority to my career, I tried to search as much as I could to find a reliable attorney. I spoke with many other lawyers. As soon as I called Mr. Sharon, it was clear to me that his knowledge on my case (J visa for international medical graduates) was significantly higher than other people with whom I had consulted. He handled my case with superb accuracy and in a very timely fashion throughout the process. I am extremely happy about my choice and will definitely choose him again for my future immigration applications.

Michael Sharon is consistently a well informed and organized immigration attorney. He told myself and my husband what was needed in a direct, succinct manner. We supplied every piece of information Michael requested so he could posture us for a successful interview with the immigration service in Cleveland. I can only sincerely state that the money we paid this immigration law firm was the best decision we have made, avoiding years of red tape and possible rejection. I am very, very satisfied with Michael Sharon and his team. I would recommend this attorney to anyone seeking immigration and all facets thereof!

I'm a Chinese girl, I entered USA for a vacation more than one year ago. My plan was to visit a couple of friends in USA and visit some places in Canada. But I fell in love with my friend then and husband now during vacation, we got married three months later.
We know nothing about immigration back then. I was intending go back to China, apply a spouse visa there, but my husband disagree. So we found Michael Sharon through a friend.
We were hesitated stepped in his firm. There is a world map on the wall, and hundreds of tiny flags on this map. "Those are all immigration cases we handled through all these years." He explained. We were relieved. "You must be very good at what you do." My husband asked. "Yes, our clients are all over the world." His smile tells us his confidence.
Our case was going very well under his direction. We didn't have any RFE, it smoothly goes to interview.
We were stuck after the interview because of my background -- I was a Chinese communist party member before, and I left the party less than two years (The law request more than 5 years).
We waited for almost 4 months after interview. I felt I was in hell everyday of waiting. Fortunately I have my husband, he can always make me feel there is hope out there. And Michael helps a lot as well, he inquired several times during the excruciating waiting...
USCIS sent us an I-72, demand further evidences, or they will denial us.
We were so devastated, we thought there was no way for us to go, and we plan to file for a waiver.
But Michael told us: The waiver procedure is time and money consuming and you don't have to that.
I volunteered some back ground information to him, he draft an argument based on my information, submitted to USCIS.
After another 22 days waiting, Michael sent us an email:
Good news. I followed up with the USCIS and they advised me (and sent me a response) stating that “upon review and in accordance with the Matter of Rusin, 20 I&N Dec. 128 (1989), please disregard the previously issued I-72 Request for Evidence. The “meaningful association” test is hereby acknowledged.”
You can not imagine how happy we were!
I received Welcome Notice 5 days later, and my Green Card arrived 16 days later!
We can not thank Michael enough! We look back from the beginning, we realized that his immigration knowledge is so profound, that's why he is so reliable and trust worthy.
