Michael Harold Sharon

I'm a Chinese girl, I entered USA for a vacation more than one year ago. My plan was to visit a couple of friends in USA and visit some places in Canada. But I fell in love with my friend then and husband now during vacation, we got married three months later. We know nothing about immigration back... then. I was intending go back to China, apply a spouse visa there, but my husband disagree. So we found Michael Sharon through a friend. We were hesitated stepped in his firm. We were so devastated, we thought there was no way for us to go, and we plan to file for a waiver. But Michael told us: The waiver procedure is time and money consuming and you don't have to that. I volunteered some back ground information to him, he draft an argument based on my information, submitted to USCIS. After another 22 days waiting, Michael sent us an email: Good news. I followed up with the USCIS and they advised me (and sent me a response) stating that “upon review and in accordance with the Matter of Rusin, 20 I&N Dec. 128 (1989), please disregard the previously issued I-72 Request for Evidence. The “meaningful association” test is hereby acknowledged.” You can not imagine how happy we were! I received Welcome Notice 5 days later, and my Green Card arrived 16 days later! We can not thank Michael enough! We look back from the beginning, we realized that his immigration knowledge is so profound, that's why he is so reliable and trust worthy.

Mr. Sharon literally saved me (and a lot of other people) from a major immigration hassle. Due to an administrative immigration error, my I-94 had expired and I was in the US on my grace period. Luckily, my company caught the error one week before the grace period ends. Immigration officers in my cit...y were not cooperative at first and that required me to leave the US before the grace period ends. That's when I called Mr. Sharon and he was able to help me stay by talking to the immigration officers and convincing them to help me. I highly recommend Mr. Sharon. In just 1 day he was able to sort out all my issues. He was also available to talk to in addition to the fact that he took the time to explain everything in a detailed fashion.
