Linda Barbara Schuster

Top notch domestic attorney. She is a wonderful attorney AND mother who cares about children and she gives solid down to earth advice that is actionable. I learned more from observing her that I learned throughout my life up until that point. I’m serious if you pay attention to her while she is talk...ing and really take everything and that if she is saying, you will walk away with more knowledge than you ever thought possible. When I look back on everything that she did for my children, I am in awe of this woman! She protected both of my children for the remainder of their life times and something like that is priceless. She is one of the smartest people I have ever met, but she maintains her humility, and is extremely likable and well respected by all of her peers. I truly can’t say enough about her. She has been a guardian angel during the darkest most trying times of custody battle is probably one of the worst things anyone could ever Endure. She is a howitzer!

Linda’s office was in a very convenient location for me and that was the main draw, but once I hired her I realized how good of a service she provided. She always answered her phone, was always available, and was willing to cooperate with the other attorney in order to settle my case as conveniently ...as possible. Also, I disagree with the previous reviewer and felt as if she always fought for my side and was definitely not willing to completely back down from my goals to settle the case. I hope I never get divorced again, but if so I will surely hire Linda again.

Linda is a very nice person. She is also responds quickly and files the paperwork promptly. Our case was one that involved fighting for custody of a child. We were the Father's side. We did win the battle, however, it was because the Mother didn't want to battle. The part we needed Linda for wa...s re-writing the shared parenting paperwork. She was advocating for the Mother instead of us. It felt like she and the other Attorney for the other side were in agreement with one another and forced us to give in to everything the Mother wanted. We had concerns for our daughter on some issues, but Linda advocated her personal opinions. She made us feel that since we gained residential custody, we should "get this done" and agree to anything requested. We probably will not use her again.
