This review is from a person who hired this attorney.
The above touches the very heart of what we found in LeeDaun during a difficult, confusing, and to say the least complicated situation, her initial guidance, honesty, and reliable legal understanding had a dramatic and positive impact on us.
She understood how to get the idea across that would bring a strong solution. she"makes things a little better for other people" She has a healthy skepticism she knows how to verify details and in our case, the perseverance to work it through many more can be said but you will know once you engage her. Highly recommend her.

Best family law attorney!
Let’s be blunt, divorce sucks! Don’t do it unless it is ABSOLUTELY imperative. There are very good marriage counselors in the area. The hardest part is waking up not knowing where you are, not seeing your kids everyday, financially strapping yourself, loss of people you thought were your friends, taking a reputation hit that isn’t true; the stress, the uncertainty meanwhile wondering if your attorney is competent on your behalf. It is expensive, takes longer than you think and frustrating.Let that reality sink in first! That said, if you must go through this hell; LeeDaun is a true professional I would recommend to anyone! Forget what people tell you about divorce, they’re usually wrong and every case is different. LeeDaun ( and her staff) is kind and compassionate and very knowledgeable about the law. She will represent you to the best of her ability and is trustworthy. This is her specialty and times I wanted to doubt her, it was me who was always wrong! Thank you greatly LCW team!

Terrific Attorney
I hired LeeDaun to help me with my ex-husband multiple times when he decided to file motions and drag me back to court. She dealt with all matters including revising our currnt SPP to going to trial over support. She is efficient, gets back to you quickly and a comfort when you feel overwhelmed. LeeDaun was also cognizant of the fact that I had to spend my money wisely and tried her best to ensure we didn't take any needless steps in the litigation process.

Professional and empathetic.
I would recommend Leedaun Williams and have used her services twice. She is very professional entwined with genuine caring. She made herself available and would take the time to explain situations. Whenever one has to deal with the courts it can be intimidating and it is so important to have someone that is pleasant, professional and empathetic.

Great Lawyer
Worth every penny. LeeDaun is extremely thorough, and always sent me copies of every document for my records. She specifically deals with family law, and that's a huge difference from having a general lawyer. More than anything, the whole process is emotionally taxing. Although she doesn't have to, she always was professional but also took the time to listen and genuinely cares about her clients.

Understanding and proactive
LeeDaun is very compassionate about her clients. She is very knowledgeable and gives the right guidance. I was frustrated with my previous lawyer and was recommended to LeeDaun by a friend. LeeDaun took my case which was in a mess and made leaps and bounds of progress. She guided me and kept me abreast with everything.

Good Attorney, Better Person
I was referred to LeeDaun due to her experinece in Federal Pensions in my uncontetsed divorce proceedings. Her knowledge and experience were quite evident, however (and more importantly) her compassion and friendship in those trying times were most welcome. She promptly returned calls and e-mails and always kept me apprised of any new developments or delays (not hers, but the Feds). I have recommended her to two other friends who were unfortunately going through the same situation and they were very pleased. Like I wrote in the title of this review, Leedaun is a very good attorney and an even better person.

My review of Leedaun Williams
Ms. Williams help me through a very difficult divorce. She helped me make good legal decisions, as well as support me emotionally with all my worries. She was very empathetic, understanding, and most of all, honest. She never promised me the world because it just wasn't in the cards. I believe she helped me conclude my divorce with the best results possible. I am very grateful that I found her to represent me. My previous attorney made it seem like I could win every motion I filed, with no such results. Ms. Williams gave it to me straight, and if I chose to move forward, at least I was informed of the risks/rewards.

Attorney LeeDaun C Williams
LeeDaun was a very compassionate , hardworking lawyer, who responded to my needs and questions immediately. Dealing with a few lawyers before her, I soon realized how incredibly rare it was to find a lawyer who cared about me and my case as if it were her own. She is very easy to talk to and will truly care about you and every detail of your case and help you in any event they may arise no matter the time or day. I am very pleased with my results!!

DO NOT HIRE HER
Impossible to get a hold of. When you call her office a third party company answers the phone. She does not provide any guidance whatsoever. She charges by the minute and each phone call is $125! She should have her license revoked. There is nothing good to say.

All talk
Won't pay anyone for a consultation. An attorney, any attorney, should extend the courtesy of some of their time for a potential client. With her, It all sounds good at the first initial phone call. Matter of fact it all sounded great. Guess I should learn that when it sounds to good to be true, that someone is on your side for a change, it probably cannot be trusted. Sounded great Until the retainer is received. Then she tells you there is really nothing that can be done. I can pretty much have found that out by myself for zero money. Anyone can push a bunch of paperwork and attend court and sit there and say nothing and let my ex have everything.

I was not given all the details that pertains to her fees.
As a potential client, I met with her and was charged $150 for consultation after talking to her for about 30mins. I was not informed about this consultation fee prior to meeting her in her office. I notified her immediately that I didn't know about this and she didn't offer any form of compromise.
While, I understand that some attorneys charge a fee for a consultation, it would have been nice to know this prior to going to her office. I also felt that her knowledge was average compared to other attorneys I had met with prior to meeting her. I disagreed with some of the recommendations she was making as other attorneys had suggested not to pursue those issues legally.
Overall, the consultation I had with her left me disappointed. I feel that I can't trust her with my case and so won't be using her services.

"I endorse this lawyer. I went to law school with LeeDaun and have worked with her as co-counsel since then. She is an extremely intelligent attorney and truly advocates for her clients. LeeDaun is an asset to the Cleveland legal community and you would be well-represented to have her as your lawyer."
