If AOS was filed before PDs retrogress, usually once PDs become current the following can happen: applicant gets the green card soon, CIS may “RFE”...

Call CIS for the correction. There’s a 1-800 number on the receipt notice of the I-130.

He is still a permanent resident and he has to file for removal of conditions. Immigration can deny that (and further applications with Court etc.)...
