Yes. No age limit on work permit, though for some young ones, it serves as an ID.

If you’ve been here in the US 2.5 yrs out of the last 5 yrs, then yes, you can apply for citizenship.

Once Petitioner becomes a citizen, that person should file a new I-130. The old priority date can’t be retained.
