私たちと同じ境遇のカップルもいらっしゃるかと思い、日本語で感想を添えさせていただきます。日本語のレビューがあると安心しますよね。 私たち夫婦は、サルミエント弁護士とグレン弁護士のお力添えにより、2015年９月にグリーンカードを取得する事ができました。 夫が米国籍（日本とアメリカのハーフ）、私（妻）が日本国籍という夫婦です。 私は2015年の４月から約３ヶ月、ESTAを使って、アメリカの大学院生である彼を訪ねてアメリカに来ていました。まだ学生ということ もあり、結婚は先の事と思っていたのですが、６月にプロポーズされ、結婚する事になりました。今後、彼の就職先がアメリカになるということか...ら、私はグ リーンカードを取得する必要がありました。どうしようかと困っていたところ、台湾人の友人からサルミエント弁護士さんを紹介してもらい、私たちも相談する ことにしました。 始めは、メールで自分たちの状況を説明し、電話で相談。色々お話を聞いていただき、本格的に依頼すると決めてから、事務所に夫婦で伺いました。 ケースによってお値段は変わってくると思いますが、とても良心的なお値段でした。料金設定も明確ですし、グリーンカード取得までの最短期間（３ヶ月）での請求でした。 も ちろん弁護士さんに頼まず、個人で申請することもできます。資料に一度目を通された方ならおわかりと思いますが、膨大な量ですし、記入欄も沢山あります し、何よりわかりづらいです。記入を間違えると申請期間が延び、取得までに６ヶ月以上要する場合もあります。それを考えると、プロにお願いする方が良いと 考えました。 サルミエント弁護士が用意してくださった質問事項に、２人で３０項目ほど答えましたが、それさえ答えれば、後は弁護士さん達が全ての必要書類に記入してくれ、USCIS（移民局）に送ってくださいます。 また、事務所に伺ったのは、契約の時と、面接の練習の２回です。後は何も心配せずに、安心して経過を待つ事ができます。本当に気が楽でした。 面接の練習では、本番までに整理しておくべき事などポイントを教えてくださいます。本番に同行してくださった、グレン弁護士さんも優しく、緊張をほぐしてくれました。私が面接官からの質問に間違った答えをしてしまった時もフォローしてくれました。 今、 グリーンカードに申請でお困りの日本人の方。ここの方たちはすごく親切ですし、信頼できます。是非相談してみてください。きっと助けてくださいます。この レビューを読んでいただいたことで、アメリカで初めて弁護士さんを雇うことを不安に思われている方々の少しでも助けになれたら幸いです。

I would give Atty. JP 5 stars for all the efforts he and his whole firm put to get my case approved. I got my green card approval sooner than expected. He filed my petitions (I-765 and I-485) Sept of last year and I was able to get positive results from the immigration after 3 months for both cases,... I-765 first then 2 weeks later, the I-485. I would definitely recommend Atty JP to those who are still looking for a highly competent immigration lawyer. (By the way, he is the only immigration lawyer I know, by far, who gives free consultation. I have been sending him inquiries by email for like 2 months and he consistently replied, I even told him I was willing to pay for the consultation since I have been asking so many questions about how to keep my status in US and he told me to just keep sending emails if I have more concerns and that his consultation is ALWAYS FREE. ) Thank you Atty. First of all, a big thank you to Attorney Jp for helping me get my green card. He has been very supportive through out the whole process of my immigration. He updates you about the status of your case and gives you great advice on properly submitting your requirements. Overall, Mr. JP Sarmiento is a... great lawyer and does his job very well.
