I do not know where to start but i will say this, Thank you to the whole Sarimento"s Immigration firm ( JP, Glen, Arty). This is my third Immigration lawyer i have had and the difference is clear based on experience and professionalism. I was in a very difficult situation. I had a final order of depo...rtation from 2003, i retained the services of SARIMENTO immigration. He was able to reopened my case from a final order. In addition to that he was able to get me a stay of deportation from the court. We later on filed an I-130 which was approved months later. He later on filed a motion to terminate with the court that i was ordered deported. That motion was also approved. After that approval we filed a from i-485 to permanently register me as a green card holder. Subsequently my application got approved on the spot. A great lawyer is welled informed, an outstanding lawyer is able to calm your nerves where there is no hope. These are few of the great attributes i received from the Sarimento Law Firm. Without them i would have been deported, not only did he exercise great knowledge about immigration laws and procedure, he focused on the success of my case as if it was the only assignment he had. When ever i had doubts he had an answer for me, necessarily maybe it wasn't the answer i was looking but it was the best advice that a great lawyer would offer to a client He did not only treat me as a client i felt a great connection with his firm. JP made my green card processing from employment went smoothly. I successfully got my GC approved w/o any problems. I used to consult another lawyer and I was told my case was difficult to work on. Someone gave me Atty. Sarmiento's calling card so I didn't hesitate to contact him,I phoned and explained the situation and to ask for legal advice on what to do.He was so helpful and I felt comfortable talking to him so I hired Atty.Jp to help me process with my Green card to be able to settle down... here in America.I provided all the documents he needed to submit to USCIS.It went through smoothly and I received my biometric notice in which I went to. Sarmiento Law Firm has been an invaluable help to my wife and I throughout her immigration process. The thing that stuck out to me the most was the haste at which they responded to every and any question that I had. If I sent them an email full of questions, they'd get back to me often in less than a...n hour with answers. I greatly appreciated the free consultation about our unusual situation, and did not hesitate to hire them to represent us and handle our case once we began regular correspondence. They always seemed to know what to do, and they had a great deal of experience with all of the situational questions that I had. The only problem that I had with this otherwise stellar firm was that our case received 2 Requests For Evidence due to insufficient documentation given. This delayed our case for about 3 months. I would have expected that an experienced firm should have known that some of the documents that we sent them weren't acceptable(you couldn't see an impression stamp on one of our scans), or that we should have included more evidence of the relationship between my wife and myself. I was very disappointed that we got these delays, and my wife and I would really love to have those 3 months back. However, aside from this, the firm was everything I could have hoped for. They were quick to respond, always gave relevant and helpful information, knew what they were doing, and were very professional. Thanks to JP and Arty, my wife and I were approved at our visa interview 2 days ago, after about a year and a half of waiting to get to this point. I would recommend using this firm if you are looking for someone to help with your case. You won't regret it. They are also very reasonably priced.
