i have never met a lawyer who is very professional and knowledgeable as Atty. Sarmiento. He has been a blessing. I just recently had my H1B approved without any RFEs. First of all, let me thank Mr. Sarmiento and his team for such the outstanding work he has done on my wavier, which got an approval. Thank you very much. I am from New York and I had a lawyer who I paid a lot of money to handle my I601 wavier case. The lawyer was terrible. When he prepared my argu...ment I read it and told him it was not a good case but he did not listen he told me he know what he was doing so I went along. He went along and file the case it was denied. I was very bewildered because I thought that I will be deported. I tried to talk to the lawyer and they did not take my case seriously. They told me I just had to appeal the decision to the AAO, which was very expensive, so I did. It has been over two years now and I have finally received a letter from the AAO stating that the case was filed to the wrong office. Before I received the letter from the AAO, I started to look for Immigration lawyers over the internet who could help me because my lawyer and I were not on the same page. I called a few lawyers whose name I got over the internet, but all of them would not give information without charging a fee. During my search, I came across Mr. Sarmiento’s website.
