I have been practicing employment law, consumer protection law, and general civil litigation since I was admitted to the Ohio bar in 2007. I have represented employees and employers, consumers, and small businesses in state and federal courts. Came across as very helpful
David Truman came across as very helpful and offered me good advice regarding an issue where I received Invoice (without having received actual service). His advice alone was sufficient and I did not need to hire him.

I would not recommend
I hired David Truman for an EEOC discrimination case against my employer. I signed an agreement for representation and paid my retainer. He never communicated with the EEOC and never handled my case.
