Mr. Bruce B. Elfvin client review

On August 05, 2013 I was suspended from the Cadiz Police Department on a verbal complaint that had been filed against me with out being informed of what the complaint was. On august 12, 2013 I was illegally terminated with out a hearing or being contacted about the alleged incident. I contacted Mr. B...ruce Elfvin due to what was taking place. With in a short period of time Mr. Eifvin reviewed what information I had and made arrangements for a hearing date with the village council. Subsequently Mr. Elfvin got my job back for me. Mr. Elfvin is the type of individual that not only treats his clients like family but he is very prompt on taking the appropriate action needed will being very professional and extremely knowledgeable in his field.

Relationship: Fellow lawyer in community

"I endorse this lawyer. Bruce did an excellent job mediating three matters on which I was an attorney. Two were successful. One was extremely complex and difficult yet Bruce faces and overcame the formidable challenges. He understands the techniques of skillful mediation as well as anyone with whom I have worked."

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?

  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
