Fire promotional exam
Unless you are a minority challenging a promotional exam based on adverse impact, I would recommend you hire a different attorney. They tout their experience with SPBR, yet they charged me to "research" how to file an appeal with SPBR; as if they have never done it before. I feel like I couldn't ha...

Replied last December 12, 2018I represented this person to attempt to find a way to overcome his non-selection for a promotion where there was no adverse impact. The SPBR in Ohio was his only possible forum and we were not successful. He had no claim for federal or state court, I regret trying to assist this individual who did not listen and them decided to post a bad review.
