Exceptional attorney

I had no idea what to expect or which direction I needed to go when I was injured. Craig and his team went above and beyond to make sure I understood the process by easing the stress my injury caused myself and my family. I cannot say enough great things about how he handled our case. From the begi...nning he made us comfortable by helping us to understand the process and always responded to the little questions we had along the way. I would recommend Craig, and Elk and Elk to anyone that has to go through such unfortunate times as I did.

Craig is an excellent lawyer in many ways. He was always there to answer any and all questions and they were always answered thoroughly. I couldn't have chose a better lawyer or law firm for my case! I definitely recommend elk&elk and even more recommend Craig!

The best experience.

Craig is efficient, friendly, thorough and dedicated. He keeps an open line of communication and he's very reliable. Even if there was no new news on my case he still made it a point to keep me in the loop and i appreciate that.

Recommend without reservation

Knowledgeable & experienced, patiently answered all my questions. Thoroughly prepped me for encounters with opposing counsel. Helped me through mediation & settlement with insurance company. Tough negotiator on my behalf, yet realistic about potential outcomes. I consider settlement a win.

I could not have been more satisfied!

Mr McLaughlin represented me in an work related injury. He was very committed to detail and showed a high level of personal commitment to me, as well as all aspects of the litigation. He was also available to me on short notice, when I needed his council as I thought about the overall case at times.... He was always punctual and would answer and explain different nuances as they arose as the case progressed. I consider him a real professional at several levels. And there is no mistake that he is very confident within himself and displays a wonderful legal prowess and the ability to get things done. In short, I was very comfortable and confident with Mr McLaughlin and would highly recommend him!
